Mock interviews are the part of placement prep that does not scale. One faculty member can sit across from maybe eight students in a day, and the eighth gets a tired interviewer. Set the drive once, share a link, and every student gets the same interview and the same standard — with a scored report they can actually learn from.
How a drive runs

Set the drive
Pick the role and level you're preparing students for, or paste your own question bank. Add your college name and logo, and set the marking criteria.

Share one link
Send a single link to the cohort, or invite up to 50 students by email at a time. Set an expiry and a cap so it can't spread beyond your batch.

Students sit it
Each student answers by voice, video or text, in their own time, on their own device. No slots to schedule, no faculty time in the room.

Review the cohort
Every student scored on your criteria, with a full per-question debrief. Add notes, compare finalists side by side, export the batch as CSV.
What you control
Your question bank
Paste the questions your department actually asks, or start from a ready-made pack. Save them as a template and reuse it next semester.
Your college's branding
Your institution's name and logo on the student-facing page and the invite emails. Students see your drive, not ours.
Your marking scheme
Define the criteria you grade on and how much each one weighs, instead of accepting a generic score.
Accent-fair scoring
Substance is graded accent-blind and clarity is coached separately — so a regional accent never costs a student marks on content.
Interview language
Run the drive in the language the interview will actually happen in, set per drive.
Records for the office
CSV export of the whole batch — name, score, band, status, date — for your placement records.

Tab-switches, pastes and on-camera presence surfaced per student. Heuristics to look at, not proof of anything.

What it does not do
There is no student-roster import, no LMS or ERP integration, and no attendance tracking. You share a link and export a CSV; anything that has to reach your existing placement system goes through that file for now. Priced per student who sits it.
Not per seat, not per year, and not per member of your placement team. You tell us the size of the batch, we quote against it, and a drive you set up covers every student who takes it — nobody in your cohort is asked for a card.
You set the cap
Each drive carries its own limit and expiry, so a link can never be used beyond the batch you bought it for.
Only completions count
A student who opens the link and does not finish is not a student you paid for.
One invoice
Billed to the institution in a single invoice, not 300 individual card payments from students.
We are early with placement cells, so we quote each one rather than publish a price list we would have to walk back. Tell us your batch size and what you run today, and you will get a number the same week.
Questions
- How many students can sit one drive?
- One link can serve a whole batch — you set the cap. Email invites go out up to 50 addresses at a time, so a large cohort is a few sends rather than one.
- Do students need to pay?
- No. A drive you create covers the students who take it, so nobody in your cohort hits a paywall. Students can practise more on their own afterwards if they choose to.
- Does every student need an account?
- Yes — a free account, so each student's scored report and feedback belong to them and they can revisit it. Your drive link is what removes the paywall, not the sign-in.
- Can we use our own questions?
- Yes, that is the normal way to run it. Paste your department's question bank, save it as a reusable template, and set the criteria you want each answer marked against.
- Is there a separate campus dashboard?
- No, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. Placement cells use the same portal recruiters use — it is the same job: set an interview, share it, review who did well. Everything on this page is live in it today.
