1. Information we collect

• Account data — your email address (and name/photo if you sign in with Google), managed through our authentication provider, Supabase.
• Interview content — the answers, recordings transcripts and settings you create. Sessions are stored in your browser first; if you are signed in, finished sessions and progress may be backed up to your account (cloud) so they sync across devices.
• Payment data — when you buy a pass, payment is processed by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference and status; we never receive or store your full card or bank details.
• Usage & device data — basic analytics (pages viewed, approximate performance) to keep the site working, via our hosting/analytics providers.

2. How we use it

• To provide the Service — generate tailored questions, score answers and show your progress.
• To process payments and grant the access you purchased.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To secure, maintain and improve the Service, and to meet legal obligations.

3. AI processing

To generate questions, feedback and scores, the content of your interview answers is sent to third-party AI providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI for processing. We send only what is needed to produce your result. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information you don't want processed this way.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Aevrofy:

• Supabase — authentication and cloud storage of accounts/sessions.
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI generation and scoring.
• Vercel — website hosting and performance analytics.
• Authorities, where required by law.

5. Cookies & local storage

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to save your sessions and progress on your device. We use minimal analytics to understand site usage. You can clear local storage and cookies from your browser at any time.

6. Data retention

We keep account and backed-up session data while your account is active. Data stored only in your browser stays until you clear it. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time (below).

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email info@aevrofy.com from your account address. You can edit your profile or sign out from your account page at any time.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls via our providers) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard it.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
