1. Who we are

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Service.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate any person or entity.

3. The Service

Aevrofy provides AI-generated mock interviews, feedback, scores, study material and related tools. All output is practice guidance only — it is not professional, legal, immigration, medical or career advice, and we do not guarantee any interview, exam, visa or employment outcome.

4. Plans, passes & payment

• A free "Standby" plan offers limited daily use of core modes.
• A paid Boarding Pass is a one-time, time-bounded licence (e.g. 7, 30 or 90 days) granting access to premium features for its duration. Passes do not auto-renew.
• Prices are shown on the Pricing page in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change; the price shown at purchase applies to that purchase.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, share or sublicense your access, or circumvent usage limits or the paywall.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or misuse the AI to generate unlawful content.
• Upload content you don't have the right to use, or anything unlawful, infringing or harmful.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its content and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the answers and materials you submit, and grant us a limited licence to process them to operate the Service (for example, to generate your score and feedback).

7. Third-party services

We rely on third parties including Razorpay (payments), Supabase (accounts & storage), AI providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI (generating questions and feedback) and Vercel (hosting). Your use may also be subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; a purchased pass simply runs to the end of its period.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted here, with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Indiahave exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights.
